Aisha Jamila Hinds, an American actress best famous for her performances on the TV shows The Shield and True Blood. Since her debut, she's shown her ability to perform on shows like Under the Dome, 9-1-1 Detroit and 1-8-7. First noticed in 2005 for the character of Anna, as seen as part of Assault on Precinct 13 Her first recognition came from her part in the biographical documentary All the Way. Hind was also acknowledged for her portrayal of Harriet Tubman in WGN America's time-travel television drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television has renewed the show for a 3rd season.
